When you receive the order you have 24 hours to check the merchandise in case there is any defect in the merchandise. It is very important that on the voucher of the transport agency write down any anomaly that you observe or "pending review".

If you find any damage contact us as soon as possible to indicate the return process. The costs will be borne by Jardín de Nerja and we will send you the goods again without costs.

In relation to the Physical Products, the User has thirty (30) business days from receipt to resolve the purchase and return the Physical Product with which he is not satisfied, without justification or any penalty. For this, the User must communicate his withdrawal to JARDÍN DE NERJA, by sending an email to: info@jardindenerja.com, identifying in the subject "Return", and indicating in the mail, simply, his intention to return the Physical Product, your contact information and the identification of the order. Then, you must send the Physical Product to the address of JARDÍN DE NERJA, along with the invoice, the expenses of said return being paid from your account. The returned Physical Product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with all its manuals and accessories. The User will be responsible for the possible damages suffered by the Physical Product during transport. After verifying compliance with these conditions, JARDÍN DE NERJA will proceed to reimburse the amount of the product minus the transport costs. The shipping cost of the new product will be calculated as if it were a new order.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 days, paid in the form of payment in which the User has paid the Physical Product.

In the case of total or partial payments made through discount bonds, these can not be reimbursed in cash or by transfers, or by card. The reimbursement of the purchases made through discount-vouchers will be made exclusively by means of a voucher-discount of the same amount paid with this means of payment.

JARDÍN DE NERJA will retain in its warehouses and will reserve the right to pay the amount of those orders that due to breach of the conditions described above, being for exchange or refund, can not be put back for sale. The client will have the right to recover his order, taking charge of the shipping costs, either by his personal courier or, through ours (paying the expenses).

In the case of out-of-stock orders that are made at the express request of the client, the possibility of returning the product will not exist.
