Big Green Egg "kamado"
Big Green Egg is based on an Asian clay oven more than 3,000 years old called "kamado". In the last century, US soldiers stationed in Japan tasted the tasty and juicy dishes cooked in this characteristic clay pot and took it with them back to the United States to enjoy the delicious food prepared in it.
Big Green Egg opened its doors in 1974 in Atlanta (Georgia, USA), this made it possible for people from all over the country to enjoy this Asian gem.
